Field Trips to the Children's Museum
A Hands-On Learning Experience for Schools & Groups

Field Trip Requirements
All field trips must be pre-registered in advance (2-3 weeks prior). Walk-in field trips are not permitted.
A minimum of 10 children is required for field trip pricing.
Field trips are available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays; in two-hour time slots.
No field trips on Wednesdays.
Field trips are available on Mondays for groups of 100 or more. With 100 people, we’ll open just for you!
Child Admission:
🔹$10 per child (ages 1-15)
Chaperones & Teachers:
🔹$8 per adult chaperone
🔹One adult chaperone is required for every 6 students
🔹Teachers receive free admission
Pricing
Need a place for your group to eat lunch during the field trip?
Our Multipurpose Room is available for 30-minute lunch breaks for an additional $50.

Must be reserved in advance (Walk-in use is not permitted)
Multi-Purpose Room Add-On
To secure your field trip date, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required two weeks before your scheduled visit.

Field trips must be booked 2 weeks in advance (or more).

Reservations will not be processed without a deposit.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your visit, prior to the start of the field trip.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all visitors, we ask that all students, chaperones, and teachers follow these guidelines:
🔶 No running in the museum.
🔶 Field trips must divide into groups and stay with their groups at all times.
🔶 Chaperones and adults must stay with their groups at all times.
🔶 Help clean up exhibits after use so the next group can enjoy them.
